State Championship Meet

Congratulations to our GymDawgs for placing 5th at the State Championship Meet Friday night. This marks the fourth consecutive year that FCHS has finished in the top 5.

Going to State

The FCHS GymDawgs are headed to state for the 4th consecutive year as a team.  We have represented FCHS as a team or with individuals for 8 consecutive years.  After a state runner up finish last year, this year got off to a rocky start.  However, the girls have continued to improve over the season

1st Place

Our GymDogs came in 1st place this past Saturday at Dobbs Creek. For the second straight week, all four Forsyth County teams competed as West Forsyth, Lambert, South Forsyth, and FCHS were present. The team will be compete again this coming Saturday at Gymnastix at 3:30.

Gymnastics Places 2nd

The Gymnastics team finished in 2nd at this past Saturday’s meet. WIth the placement the Gymdogs now have qualified for the State Preliminaires. We compete again this coming Saturday at Dobbs Creek at 10:00.

All County Gymnastics

Congratulations to Lauren Gist, Mackenzie Miller, Annie Karickhoff, Maecie Winter, and Iza Leslie for being named All County in Gymnastics. They were instrumental in FCHS finishing as State Runner Up this year.

State Runner Up

Congratulations to the FCHS Gymnastics team for placing 2nd in the State Championships Friday night at Westminster. The team posted a score of 107.825 and have now placed in the top 4 the past three years. Thank you to our seniors Annie Karickhoff and Maecie Winter for all you have done…that means we have a

State Championship

Your FCHS GymDawgs will be competing in the STATE High School Championship Friday at 7:00pm at Westminster High School in Atlanta.  The girls were 2nd in the qualifying meet last week, just behind defending State Champs, Buford HS.  They are aiming to prove their stuff and take over first place on the podium. County Champs

Call the GymDawgs County Champs! Saturday at Dobbs Creek they defeated Lambert, West, and South to reclaim the top spot in the County. With a team accumulation of 109.95 points, we set a record for the highest total ever. Last regular season meet is this Tuesday at Lovett HS and then the State Qualifying Meet

Individual Champion

Sophomore Lauren Gist earned the County Individual Championship on Saturday at Dobbs Creek with an overall score of 38 in her four events.

Gymnastics Places 2nd

The gymnastics team had another very successful meet last night. We placed second behind Buford, but soundly beat Westminster, Pope, Centennial, Cambridge, and Carrollton. Our JV team placed first in their meet!  This Saturday, at we will be hosting the county championship meet.  We held the trophy for two years, but lost it last year
