Ryan Cox was perfect on the mound as he led the Bulldogs  past Cherokee 4-0 on Thursday.  Cox struck out Braxton Swanson to end the game. Baseball Sweeps Marietta

The Bulldogs swept Marietta during a Saturday doubleheader with scores of 12-7 and 16-6. Home runs were hit by Greg Tasos and Jacob Holton as the bats were alive. Baseball Takes Two

Baseball swept a doubleheader vs. Heritage-Conyers this past Saturday. Jacob Ryan earned the win in the first game and Ethan Hankins came in the 7th inning for the save. Opening Day

The 2017 Baseball season got underway Monday night at FCHS. Although the Bulldogs fell to North Oconee 3-1, we are looking forward to an exciting year of baseball.

All State

Congratulations to Parker Biederer on being named 1st Team All State by the Georgia Dugout Club. Parker Morrison was named to the 2nd team and Taylor Bauman was Honorable Mention.  

Baseball Season Ends

The 2016 FCHS Baseball season came to an end Thursday evening as the Bulldogs dropped Games 2 & 3 to South Effingham in the Sweet 16 round of the State Playoffs. Though the season did not end as all had wanted, it was an extremely exciting year which featured a second consecutive Region Championship and

Baseball Wins Game 1

The Bulldogs won in dramatic fashion in Game 1 as Hunter Joyner’s double down the right field line brought home pinch runner Connor Tinkle with the game wining run. The final score was 9-8 in a back and forth game full of action. Soon after the clear skies gave way to rain and Game 2

1st Round Sweep

Baseball swept the 1st Round doubleheader at home Friday night against Druid Hills. Shutouts were thrown by Parker Morrison and Ryan Cox in 10-0 and 6-0 victories. We now will host the 2nd Round beginning Wednesday with a doubleheader and Thursday if necessary. Our opponent will be the winner of the Jones County – South

Back To Back Region Champs

The Forsyth Central Baseball team traveled to Dalton Thursday night for Game Two of their Region Championship Series. After a defensive 4-1 win Wednesday night at home, a victory would seal a second straight Region Title, the Bulldogs were determined to make that happen. The rainy night didn’t start out promising for the road team.
